About UniFida – the company

UniFida is the trading name of Marketing Planning Services Ltd, a London based technology and data science company set up in 2014.

Our overall aim is to help organisations build more customer value at less marketing cost.

Our technology focus has been to develop UniFida’s customer data platform, and customer journey based marketing attribution, known as MTA.

Our data scientists serve both existing users of our technology, as well as clients looking to us to resolve their more complex data related marketing questions.

We support sustainability through the provision of our CO2 counter which enables our clients to measure the emissions from marketing campaigns through every channel from TV to digital.

UniFida’s customer data platform and marketing attribution, supported by our data scientists, enable organisations to better understand their customers, personalise customer experiences, and optimise their returns from omni-channel marketing campaigns.
